Lori is a Canadian subject matter expert in volunteer engagement and management working with direct service organizations, associations, community boards and committees and corporate volunteerism. She is an internationally known trainer and well-known writer who has collaborated with other experts with a chapter in the recently published academic book; The Volunteer Handbook 2nd edition.
